STEADFAST Storage services will be showcased this month in the biggest engineering and manufacturing exhibition held in the North East.
For the first time, The Steadfast Group will be exhibiting at the well-established Durham Oktoberfest – this year being held in the XCel Centre, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 6AP, on Thursday, October 19.
And the Peterlee-based security, systems, and storage company are delighted to be part of an event which generates business and awareness across the region.
Steadfast director Paul Harbord said: “We were only too happy to be part of this impressive annual event when we were approached by the organisers.
“It’s a great opportunity for us to get the message out there that we’ve got a huge storage facility in Peterlee which is safe and secure and cost-effective.
“We’re well known for the security services we supply to companies and also for the electrical systems with CCTV and alarms but the storage tends to get overlooked and it is right here on the doorsteps of business in the region with tens of thousands of square feet available.
“We’re looking to use the Oktoberfest to get that key message out there – that you know we do security and systems but did you also know we do storage?”
The Steadfast Group will be among 100 exhibitors demonstrating their services to the public and to other businesses and the company is dipping a toe in the event by appearing in the Incubator Zone.
Paul explained: ” The Incubator Zone is for companies that don’t have large numbers of employees, so rather than go into Oktoberfest as The Steadfast Group, we’re exhibiting as Steadfast Storage, which allows us to focus on that part of the business.
“We have plenty of companies that are taking advantage of our storage facilities but we feel many others are missing out simply they don’t know what is available and Oktoberfest is a great way of getting the message out there and hopefully benefiting not just our business but also plenty of other businesses who are seeking storage solutions.”
More than 1,000 visitors attend Oktoberfest every year and the organisers are hoping this year will be their most successful yet.
